Adobe Experience Platform and AJO Developer Location Shelton, Connecticut (primary location, ideal) or Miami, Florida (second choice, less ideal). Remote will not be considered. We are seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Platform developer, with Adobe Journey Optimizer and Marketing Automation experience. This candidate will join the team who is doing ongoing development and deployment of this platform for Subway. This role will report to the onshore Adobe Experience Cloud technical lead as well as working side-by-side with an offshore counterpart. Initially, the role will be focused on Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Campaign integration work. Mid-year, role responsibilities will expand into heavier AEP development, with the opportunity for AEP training for the right candidate to expand into this role successfully. Key Responsibilities Ability to architect and implement tailored solutions using the Adobe Experience Platform, incorporating Adobe Journey Optimizer. Lead the technical aspects of the platform setup, integration, and customization for client-specific requirements. Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, translating these into effective Adobe Experience Platform strategies. Ensure seamless integration of Adobe Journey Optimizer with other Adobe Experience Platform components and client systems. Conduct and/or guide comprehensive testing and quality assurance during and after implementation. Provide expert guidance and training to clients and internal teams on utilizing and managing the Adobe Experience Platform effectively. Document implementation processes and provide ongoing support and optimization post-deployment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related experience.
- Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in Adobe Experience Platform and/or Journey Optimizer. Relevant, hands-on experience will be considered.
- Experience in programming languages and frameworks relevant to Adobe Experience Platform integration.
- Familiarity with data analytics, customer data platforms, and CRM systems.
- Previous experience implementing and customizing Adobe Experience Cloud tools Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and project management skills, with an ability to lead and collaborate with diverse teams.
Skills
- Strong technical skills, including experience with APIs, web services, and integration methodologies is required and may include the following: Utilizing SQL for database management and data manipulation tasks related to the platform Implement and debug JSON structures for data interchange and configuration. Develop and maintain client-side scripting using JavaScript, enhancing user interactions and functionalities.
- Leverage API integrations to connect the Adobe Experience Platform with various external services and systems.
- Design web components and user interfaces using HTML and manage XML data formats.
- Adobe Campaign Classic experience is a plus.
