Responsibilities:
- Implement and customize solutions using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) services, including but not limited to SAP Cloud Platform Integration, SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP HANA.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions leveraging BTP services.
- Design, develop, and deploy applications, integrations, and extensions on the SAP BTP.
- Configure and customize BTP services to meet specific client needs, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
- Integrate SAP BTP solutions with other SAP and non-SAP systems, both on-premises and in the cloud.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, including developers, architects, and business analysts.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities for client teams to enable effective adoption and usage of SAP BTP services.
- Collaborate with SAP product teams and partners to stay updated on the latest BTP offerings, features, and enhancements.t
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to BTP implementations, configurations, and customizations.
Qualificaitons
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP CPI and 3 years of experience in SAP BTP implementation and development
- Proficiency in SAP BTP services, including SAP HANA, SAP Cloud Platform Integration, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Workzone
- At least 3 end-to-end implementations for SAP HCM/SuccessFactors integration using SAP CPI.
- Design and implement technical solutions customized to meet client requirements with SAP and SuccessFactors.
- Experience in configuration and extension of standard iFlows.
- Experience in defining custom iFlows, local & exception sub-processes, exception handling
- Expertise in handling various integration adapters in SAP CPI (SFSF, ODATA, SFTP, IDOC, SOAP, HTTP, Process Direct, REST Adapters) to exchange messages between sender and receiver
- Experience in handling different data conversions like JSON to XML, CSV to XML, etc.
- Developing inbound and outbound interfaces to/from the SAP HCM cloud to On-Premise and Cloud instances of SAP Products like SuccessFactors.
- Must have expertise in writing Groovy & Java scripts.
- Well experienced in WSDL, JSON, XML, XSD and XSLT technologies.
- Experience in integration within SuccessFactors HR suite across modules like Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding etc.
- Must Have knowledge in CPI exception handling, error notification techniques, data persistence and retry mechanisms.
- Must have experience and knowledge of creating integration in SuccessFactors Integration center.
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors SFAPI?s, OData API?s, Data Dictionary and Audit log is needed.
- Experience in using various CPI pallet options (integration patterns ? message transformations, enricher, value mapping, convertors, splitter, etc.)
- Able to transport Design Objects from non-production tenants to production tenants. (using any one of the methods: Manual, CTS , TMS)
- Experience in SAP BTP Experience in handling security artifacts, encryption, and decryption mechanisms, SSH keys, setting up cloud connector and perform connectivity testing
- SAP Payroll Functional knowledge is an advantage
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and architectures.
- Experience with software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
- SAP certification(s) in relevant BTP services is preferred.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, or other SAP solutions is a plus.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $41.61/hour - $65.01/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
