- Life Science Experience or Pharmaceuticals experience required
- Responsible for managing a shared services team including coordinating with off-shore team, information mgmt. team, and other stakeholders to drive effective pull-through of requirements and operational updates
- Domain experience in Pharma and Digital data including but not limited to (NPP / Digital data, IQVIA syndicated data(DDD, Xponent), Veeva CRM data)
- Ability to represent Information management Digital data and reporting with stakeholders including marketing, ops, go-to-market, and others
- Ability to drive requirements with stakeholders and drive effective pull-through of output including requirements documents, data analysis, third-party data profiling, and others.
- More specifically not just take requirements from end users but seek to understand what business problem/question they are trying to solve and offer solutioning and guidance with data and visualization of data/metrics
- Project management experience and communication skills are critically essential for this role, and ability to operate with minimum supervision
- Maintain a clear line of sight to stakeholder customers requirements/needs
- Project manage plans and status reporting
- Dashboard end-user experience with Tableau or similar, with ability to seeing the big picture, and act as lead-in for dashboard mock reviews
- Experience in data profiling (third party, syndicated, NPP), requirements documentation of business rules, KPI and metrics,
- Ability to run user acceptance testing for marketing mix (MMIX) and drive effective pull-through of concise output artifacts including but not limited to (summary output PPT, testing issues and resolution, timely escalation and mitigation)
- Drive pull-through for operational issues and resolution for digital performance analyzer dashboard
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $43.92/hour - $68.62/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
