Key responsibilities :
- Drive Business Growth : Achieve booking, revenue, and profitability targets by expanding opportunities within managed accounts.
- Lead SAP Delivery : Oversee SAP project delivery for Utilities clients, ensuring adherence to high standards of quality and performance.
- Strategic Negotiations : Manage Change Orders, negotiate terms with senior client executives, and engage in high-level negotiations related to pricing and deal closures.
- Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with sales, client partners, and solutions teams to craft tailored SAP solutions and expand existing contracts.
- Customer Satisfaction : Serve as an escalation point for client issues, ensuring consistent and effective communication that leads to strong satisfaction levels.
- Executive Engagement : Build relationships with senior executives to position the company for new projects, bids, and long-term partnerships.
- Cross-Functional Leadership : Work across business lines to continually bring value and uncover new opportunities for growth.
