Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership: Provide advanced support and guidance for Citrix environments and compute infrastructure, ensuring system integrity and reliability.
- System Implementation: Lead the implementation of new systems, upgrades, and modifications to Citrix and compute environments.
- Problem Resolution: Analyze and resolve complex issues to minimize service interruptions and ensure optimal performance.
- Performance Monitoring: Conduct routine system analysis and proactive monitoring to maintain high performance and availability. Analyze problem trends and issues to then propose and drive improvements
- Client Management: Engage with client stakeholders to discuss team/technology performance and drive initiatives
- Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless operations and integration of new technologies.
- Team Management: Manage a large team located remotely across various location. Identify training plans and improvement areas
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 10-12 years in Citrix technologies (e.g., Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, NetScaler, Citrix Cloud) and extensive experience in compute infrastructure (e.g., servers, storage, VMware).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server, Azure Cloud Services, VMware, and endpoint management tools.
- In depth understand Active directory, DNS and DHCP
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as VMware Certified Professional (VCP) or Microsoft Certified: Windows Server and CITRIX certified professional
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $43.46/hour - $67.90/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
