- Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI models using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques in Databricks. Focus on combining retrieval and generation models to improve performance in tasks such as question answering, text generation, and document summarization.
- Build and optimize data pipelines, machine learning workflows, and large-scale AI models on the Databricks platform. Leverage Databricks for distributed processing, data engineering, and seamless integration with cloud environments.
- Collaborate with data engineers to manage large-scale datasets and ensure efficient data processing for model training. Utilize Databricks for ETL pipelines, data lakes, and feature engineering.
- Monitor and manage the AI/ML pipelines in production environments, identifying and resolving issues to ensure smooth operation of models and systems.
- Ensure that AI solutions are scalable, efficient, and optimized for production environments. Continuously improve model performance and reduce latency using best practices in model deployment.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $34.67/hour - $54.18/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
