What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Tester position at capgemini?
Responsibilities:
- Work with the development and test engineering teams to conduct functional testing.
- Author and execute manual Test Scripts
- Analyze and decompose a complicated software system and design a strategy to test this system.
- Communicate QA results, risks and project status to management team as well as other stake holders
- Follow and execute on team-specified ????done???? criteria for testing stories
- Interact closely with developers offering suggestions and ideas for improving the quality of products
- Analyze testing results to enhance future test plans and scenarios. (Including metrics and benchmarks to gauge improvement)
- Pro-active investigation/verification of defects and continuous improvement of regression tests
- Create QA tasks in Azure ADO and monitor individual burn-downs to ensure completion
- Identify log, track and report bugs to QA management and development team as well as accurately report hours in ADO
Qualification:
- 5 years of relevant work experience, including development and/or test automation experience ideally in Call center applications
- Understanding of software design and programming in Dynamics 365 CRM / Saleforce CRM/ Other CRM's
- Understanding of QA practices and policies.
- Experience with the following types of testing:
- Data validation
- Functional
- Usability
- Integration
- MS Office experience
- Understanding of the SDLC in an agile environment.
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills
Good to have:
- Ability to work independently and self-manage projects
- Azure DevOps
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $29.18/hour - $45.60/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
