The EUC Request Fulfillment Technical Coordinator serves as a Level 1/2 Remote Support Analyst responsible for managing the complete life cycle of hardware assets within the organization. This role involves overseeing hardware acquisition, deployment, inventory management, and disposal processes while ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs). The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication and customer service skills to efficiently manage a high volume of requests.

Key Responsibilities:
Asset Lifecycle Management:
- Manage the full lifecycle of hardware assets, components, and peripherals from acquisition to disposal.
- Oversee hardware refresh cycles and deployments through the asset management database.
Request and Inventory Coordination:
- Process ServiceNow requests and ensure proper business approval for procurement management.
- Coordinate warehouse pick transactions and review inventory to identify stock levels and equipment specifications.
- Confirm that all hardware-related tasks are completed by the teams before closing tickets.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Collaborate with EUC Request Fulfillment teams to deploy assets promptly while meeting SLAs and KPIs.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring clarity on tasks and updates.
Documentation & Process Adherence:
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of all asset management activities.
- Follow established processes and procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy in admin activities.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with IT equipment and IT systems.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Windows and Office products.
- Proven experience with asset management and ticket monitoring systems (ServiceNow preferred).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office Suite 365.
- Familiarity with hardware procurement, inventory management, and purchase order tracking (preferred).
- Knowledge of warehouse inventory management processes is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong customer service skills (both in-person and written).
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with diverse teams.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in procurement management and purchase order tracking.
- Knowledge of warehouse inventory management processes.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $20.57/hour - $32.14/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits.
