Job Description:
The associate is expected to be a Fullstack Engineer with technical knowledge of different areas but not limited to AWS Cloud, Application Development using Java/J2EE and Blockchain related technologies. A thorough knowledge of CI/CD processes would be an added advantage.
Responsibilities :
• Be Collaborative: Work in partnership with the AM Architecture and Engineering teams to design and build end-to-end solutions to enable Digital Asset Management platform on AWS Cloud
• Be Strategic: Partner with other key team members (and other AM teams) to implement the strategic vision to help execute the multi-year product roadmap and to various organizational initiatives
• Be Transformative: Encourages or able to cause positive and lasting change, challenges status quo. Fosters an ethical work environment with clear values, priorities and standards
• Be an Organizational Leader: Puts firm’s interest ahead of individual or group’s interest, speak their mind respectfully, takes smart risks to advance business, coaches others to their full potential, empowers decision making and owns the outcome
• Influence Others: In partnership with the delivery and engineering leads in Boston, Ireland, and India, help advance and support product, delivery and technical practices including continuous integration, continuous delivery, and automated testing within your team and across the organization
• Lead the team: Help the team manage the priorities and provide technical expertise, direction and engineering excellence
• Inspire Others: Demonstrate a deep passion for front end application development and asset management domain in general and create an ability to tap into the expertise of the engineering team. Passion to drive innovation at work which contributes to business value through scale and efficiency, business growth and/or investment performance
Skills Required :
1) Strong hands on experience in working on key initiative and green-field Engineering projects
2) Strong understanding of Engineering Practices like Code Review, Branching Patterns, etc
3) Strong Communication skills
4) Mentoring And Coaching fellow squad members
5) Required Technical skillset:
a. AWS Cloud
b. Front End Application Development using Angular, Typescript, HTML5, CSS, Events and Async processing, Websockets, VUEJs, SveLTE
c. Explore to UI interoperability tool Glue42, Interop.io
d. Authentication frameworks
e. CI/CD Pipelines
f. Testing Tools like Cypress
6) Experienced in ALM tools like JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins, Git
7) Added hands-on experience with Blockchain, Java/J2EE and/or DB technologies will be an advantage
8) AWS certification is good to have
