Job Location - Malvern PA & Charlotte NC (Day One onsite. Hybrid, 3 days in a week))
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and fine-tune Generative AI models for text, image, or code generation.
- Build and optimize LLM-based applications using frameworks like OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar.
- Work on NLP, deep learning, and prompt engineering to improve AI performance.
- Design and implement AI-driven applications using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Optimize AI models for scalability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI models into production systems.
- Implement MLOps best practices, including model monitoring, retraining, and deployment automation.
- Ensure AI models comply with ethical AI standards and data privacy guidelines.
- Research and stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI and LLMs.
- 10 years exp in Generative AI applications using Amazon SageMaker Amazon Bedrock Amazon Jumpstart Splunk
- Exp in Mlops, LLMops, ECS, Python, AWS services, glue
