Focus Area: Guidewire ClaimCenter, Property & Casualty Claims Insurance
Key Qualifications:
Experience: 7-10 years as a Business Analyst, particularly in claims insurance.
Industry Knowledge: Strong background in Property and Casualty claims, with a focus on technology-based projects.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus.
Technical Skills: Experience in software engineering is an advantage. Familiarity with integrating and configuring package solutions, as well as enhancing legacy systems, is beneficial.
Certifications: Claims Insurance certification is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather business requirements using various techniques (e.g., interviews, workshops).
Analyze and document requirements with tools like Use Cases and Business Requirements Templates.
Work with business stakeholders to prioritize and rationalize requirements.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proper system design.
Assist with system integration, user acceptance testing, and act as a liaison between IT and business teams.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Strong analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and in collaborative environments.
Previous experience in insurance and claims processes, particularly in the Property & Casualty space.
