Role

The Industry Marketing Content Manager for Capgemini?s Consumer Products & Retail (CPR) Industry will lead the development and execution of compelling, strategic content that drives engagement, strengthens brand positioning, and supports business growth. This role will be responsible for creating thought leadership assets, including whitepapers, blogs, and reports, that showcase Capgemini's expertise in areas like digital transformation, sustainability, and evolving consumer behavior. The candidate will collaborate closely with industry leaders, marketing teams, and creative agencies to deliver high-quality, data-driven content tailored to client needs. They will oversee content strategy for global campaigns, ensure consistency with Capgemini?s tone and messaging, and measure content performance to optimize impact. Strong industry knowledge, storytelling skills, and the ability to align content with business objectives are essential for success in this role.


Job Responsibilities:

As an Industry Marketing Content Leader, you will:

  • Spearhead the development and implementation of content strategies that support the company's business goals. This includes building a content calendar, creating a writing process and delivery strategy, managing writers, contributing to social media posts, and crafting engaging and well-researched content that drives traffic and engages site visitors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Industry Marketing Leaders, Account-Based Marketing Strategists, the Capgemini Research Institute, Creative Teams, and other members of the Marketing team to ensure successful delivery of projects with impactful outcomes.
  • Manage the content planning process, coordinating between the Industry Marketing leads, content, and creative teams. This includes managing the editorial calendar and assets required to execute the content plan1.
  • Provide strong project management of teams that produce marketing and sales materials (visual identities, brochures, POVs, case studies, sales decks, video scripts, infographics, demos, etc.), including PR, internal and external communication1.
  • Review all content to ensure that it meets quality and brand standards and is aligned with core industry messaging.
  • Work directly with the Industry Marketing Leader and the team to drive the planning and execution of events.
  • Develop and implement content marketing strategies that support the company's business goals. Create and manage engaging content for the company's website, blog, social media, email marketing, and other digital channels.
  • Manage and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in content marketing.


Requirements:

  • Post graduate degree MBA /diploma in marketing from a reputed institution.
  • At least 6-8 years of experience in marketing & communications, with 3 years in a large IT MNC/India Services pure play/Business Consulting firm or account management experience in large advertising agencies, working with multinational clients.
  • Experience working in a sector/industry marketing environment an asset.
  • Curious, Goal Oriented, Structured and process-led.
  • Must be a self-starter and must be able to work individually and with diverse teams.
  • Exposure to Martech tools and CRM will be an add-on.
  • Should be very familiar with branding fundamentals and latest trends in new media.
  • Creative, innovative, and quality driven.
  • Excellent presentation skills, communication skills.
  • Great aptitude for quick learning of new industries and markets.


Specification / Skills / Experience

  • Exceptional skills in time management and managing stakeholders.
  • Expert interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to articulate complex business in a simple way.
  • Working knowledge of Marketing, Events and Digital Marketing.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with project management tools.


The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $17.33/hour - $27.08/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
