- 5 years of experience in IT operations, observability, or SRE roles implementing full-stack observability covering infrastructure, applications, and databases
- Hands-on experience with Dynatrace (OneAgent, ActiveGate, Davis AI).
- Experience monitoring AWS workloads (EC2, ECS, EKS, RDS) and Databases (Oracle, SQL Server) using Dynatrace.
- Expertise in Golden Signal metrics monitoring (latency, errors, saturation, and traffic).
- Proficiency in configuring alerting policies, SLIs, and SLOs for proactive monitoring.
- Proficiency in Kubernetes monitoring (EKS) and container observability.
- Familiarity with distributed tracing standards (OpenTelemetry, W3C trace context).
- Familiarity with Splunk developing custom SPL queries for advanced analytics and log filtering
- Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $46.23/hour - $72.23/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
