- Proficient in designing and implementing custom dashboards, alerts, and synthetic tests in Dynatrace.
- Experienced in leveraging Dynatrace Davis AI for automated anomaly detection and root cause analysis.
- Implemented Observability-as-Code (OaC) using the Dynatrace Terraform provider to automate dashboard creation, alerting, and configuration management.
- Designed and implemented API Gateway observability (e.g., IBM APIC, MuleSoft, AWS API Gateway, Kong, NGINX), capturing metrics like request latency, error rates, and throughput.
- Hands-on experience monitoring database performance (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, AWS RDS) with metrics such as query latency, connection pool usage, and resource utilization.
- Experienced with trace propagation across API calls, database transactions, and service interactions.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles for automated observability resource provisioning.
- Experienced in developing and maintain reusable Terraform modules for Dynatrace monitoring configurations.
- Proficiency in automated deployment of dashboards, alerting policies, and management zones.
- Experienced in designing and maintain observability pipelines for logs, metrics, and traces across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
- Skilled in establishing best practices for distributed tracing, golden signals, and SLO-driven monitoring.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $46.23/hour - $72.23/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
