Oracle Cloud Finance Functional Lead

Job Summary.

The Oracle Cloud Finance Functional Lead is responsible for managing multi-cultural and techno-functional teams in the design and implementation of Oracle Cloud Financial applications. This role requires strong finance business process knowledge and the ability to lead business requirements analysis, business process design, conference room pilots (CRPs), functional configuration and testing of Oracle applications.

Job Location:

• Per client requirement and up to 75% travel

Responsibilities:

• Guide clients in understanding and addressing their most complex business challenges
• Perform fit gap analysis and resolve functional issues by maximizing the performance of Oracle Cloud Finance and its integration with multiple applications
• Design and validate end-to-end solutions using Oracle Cloud applications
• Oversee configuration, testing, deployment, training, and release management
• Manage scope by identifying and proposing change requests
• Help develop proprietary solutions by harvesting unique solutions delivered during the engagement
• Contribute to Capgemini?s Oracle Cloud communities regarding capabilities, knowledge, solutions, etc.

Required Skills:

• 6 - 9 years of experience leading multiple full life cycle Oracle Cloud/Fusion implementations
• Must have worked on at least 3-4 Oracle Cloud/Fusion or Multi-Pillar projects
• Primary Modules: Oracle Cloud General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed assets, Expenses, Receivables and Collections, Cash Management
• Secondary Modules: Modules to be listed by requestor
• Experience in Purchasing and Order Management integration (from Oracle and Non-Oracle)
• Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple assignments
• Implementation in global environments or international experience
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members

Nice to Have Skills:

• Fair understanding of: Financial Accounting Hub (FAH)
• Experience with MS Project, Power Point and online Agile Collaboration Tools such as Jira or Rally

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher is required in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or Computer Science
• Two active Oracle Cloud Certifications
• Willing to travel in a 3-4-5 model.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $64.72/hour - $101.13/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
