Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Project Manager with strong functional expertise in ERP and Supply Chain Management (SCM). The ideal candidate will manage the delivery of multiple ERP projects, serving as a key liaison between business teams, IT groups, and consulting partners. This role requires exceptional coordination, issue resolution, and the ability to drive adoption of B2B and B2C solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the delivery of ERP projects by coordinating with business teams and IT groups.
- Act as an escalation point of contact, analyzing and prioritizing issues based on ticket data.
- Drive the adoption and use of B2B and B2C solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Facilitate communication between consulting teams, architecture teams, and business process teams.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional meetings, ensuring projects remain on track and mitigating risks effectively.
- Support AI initiatives within the Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) division.
- Coordinate project activities across time zones, ensuring smooth operations in a global environment.
Required Skills:
- Strong functional knowledge of ERP and SCM systems.
- Broad knowledge of business operations and related technologies.
- Familiarity with SFDC, e-commerce platforms, data warehousing, and BI tools (preferred).
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery.
- Exceptional communication and coordination skills, with experience in risk mitigation.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
