The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead is responsible for planning and delivering Capgemini’s Accelerated Adoption strategy, direction, and support on client transformation initiatives. This is a key role in ensuring projects meet desired business outcomes through the effective application of a structured and deliberate change management approach and methodology. The OCM Lead supports executives, project leaders, and business stakeholders throughout the engagement by providing sound advice, counsel, and execution support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply change management principles and Capgemini digital tools and templates to drive accelerated adoption of client initiatives.
- Provide direction and oversight of change strategies, plans, and deliverables.
- Build and develop stakeholder and client relationships.
- Develop program Change Roadmap/Strategy/Plans, including engagement and readiness plans.
- Plan and lead workshops to identify detailed business impacts and develop mitigation plans through communication, training, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Support training efforts by reviewing and helping manage the facilitation of training programs.
- Develop resources for future change management roles.
- Drive leadership alignment and engagement activities.
- Collaborate with the client’s Change Leader to involve business stakeholders where appropriate.
- Provide Capgemini methodologies, tools, and templates to ensure effective change management.
- Deliver Organizational Change Management outputs such as:
- Change Story
- Employee Experience/Persona Analysis
- Communication Planning
- Stakeholder/Change Network Engagement
- Training Assessments
Qualifications:
- 5–10 years of experience in quality or relevant processes within a regulatory environment.
- 3–8 years of people leadership experience.
- Proven ability to lead and manage onshore and offshore teams effectively.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $31.44/hour - $49.12/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
