- Responsible for onboarding new participants and providing operational support to issuers, acquirers, processors, and network to network partners.
- Provides support to acquirers, network to network partners, issuers, and processors. Researches complex situations and supports participants with operations.
- Supports business development teams to expand acceptance. Onboardings new franchises, issuers, acquirers, processors, and software vendors on the network. Assists with contract negotiation and due diligence.
- Supports participants through the semi- annual release process. Manages and coordinates host certification. Ensures participants are in compliance with operating rules and regulations. Engages participants to support network initiatives.
- Analyzes end to end transaction processing, troubleshoots issues and acceptance complaints, and support issuer launches.
- Ensure processes and projects are well documented to meet auditing requirements.
- Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
- Fluent Spanish (written and verbal)
- Operations/Project management skills
Skills Required
- Industry experience in Cards & Payment Domain.
- Detailed understanding of Acquiring & Merchant processes and workflows.
- Good understanding of ISO8583 messages & Network BINs/cycle ranges.
- Understanding of various network communication messages (MTIs) and Data element level knowledge.
- Technical background - Hands-on on Data Analysis (SQL queries, Spread sheet table Pivoting, Splunk, Snowflake)
- Excellent Bi-lingual Communication abilities (Spanish & English).
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $33.75/hour - $52.73/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
