Platform Management:
Administer and maintain SAS environments, including SAS 9.4 and Viya on Linux OS.
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability of the SAS platform.
Installation and Configuration:
Install, configure, and upgrade SAS software and related components.
Manage SAS product installations and configurations to meet business requirements.
Security and Access Control:
Implement and manage security measures to protect data and ensure compliance.
Control user access via SAS Management Console, managing permissions and roles.
Performance Tuning and Optimization:
Perform system monitoring, log analysis, and performance tuning.
Optimize SAS processes and workflows to enhance performance and efficiency.
Support and Troubleshooting:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAS users and IT teams.
Resolve issues related to SAS platform performance and functionality.
Collaboration and Training:
Work with data analysts, developers, and business users to understand their needs and provide solutions.
Conduct training sessions and provide guidance on best practices for using SAS.
Backup and Recovery:
Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity.
Maintain disaster recovery plans and perform regular backups.
