- Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, Bootstrap).
- Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, Sitecore Managed Cloud.
- Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and source control tools (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps).
- Familiarity with Sitecore Commerce and personalization strategies is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Leadership
- Lead the end-to-end technical design and development of Sitecore solutions.
- Provide hands-on coding and architecture guidance for Sitecore-based projects.
- Define and enforce best practices for development, deployment, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
2. Development & Implementation
- Build and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance Sitecore applications.
- Integrate Sitecore with third-party systems such as CRMs, analytics tools, and APIs.
- Optimize applications for speed, performance, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing Sitecore implementations.
3. Team Management
- Mentor and guide developers to ensure consistent skill development and performance improvement.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative development culture within the team.
4. Project Management & Collaboration
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for all Sitecore-related projects.
- Review and evaluate project deliverables to ensure quality and alignment with standards.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $45.77/hour - $71.51/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
