1. Project Planning & Execution

2. Team Management
- Define roles and responsibilities and ensure effective collaboration.
- Manage project resources, assign tasks, and track progress.
- Facilitate team meetings and ensure continuous communication.
3. Budget & Resource Management
- Monitor project budgets and ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.
- Responsible and accountable for project financial status and reporting at all levels.
- Track resource usage and ensure optimal allocation.
- Approve and manage project expenditures.
4. Risk Management
- Identify potential project risks and issues and take proactive steps to mitigate them.
- Adjust project plans as necessary to address changes in scope, timeline, or resources.
5. Stakeholder Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates on project progress to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Gather feedback and adjust the project plan as needed to meet client expectations.
6. Quality Control
- Ensure the final deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.
