The Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering Leader is responsible for managing and optimizing production processes and team performance in a high-pressure environment. This role involves implementing continuous improvement methodologies, engaging the team to meet KPIs, and applying structured problem-solving tools to achieve operational excellence.
Team Management and Performance:
- Lead the team to meet strict production deadlines, even under pressure.
- Utilize KPIs to manage team performance and ensure accountability.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by applying problem-solving methodologies, including QRQC, 8D, RCCA, and PPS.
Process Improvement and Standardization:
- Identify, document, and standardize essential processes that align with business objectives.
- Facilitate the sharing of knowledge and best practices to optimize efficiency across the organization.
Industrial Engineering and Strategy Development:
- Develop, implement, and refine the industrial engineering strategy in collaboration with team members.
- Organize and balance manpower to align with production demands and organizational needs.
- Define and configure assembly positions and workflows, accommodating any changes in production pace or requirements.
- Propose and monitor key indicators such as Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) and First Time Yield (FTY) to measure productivity and performance.
Continuous Improvement Projects:
- Proactively identify and propose projects aimed at driving continuous improvement.
- Apply lean manufacturing principles to optimize manufacturing efficiency and reduce waste.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
- 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing, specifically in industrial engineering project implementation.
- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision, showing high initiative and a results-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the flexibility to adapt under pressure.
- Proficiency in English.
- Deep understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $36.97/hour - $57.79/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits.
