Role Overview: The Performance Analytics Specialist will be responsible for developing quality-focused dashboards that provide a real-time view of manufacturing performance. These dashboards will play a critical role in influencing the culture of quality on the manufacturing floor, supporting change control and change management processes, and ensuring operational transparency across all manufacturing sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop dashboards to monitor the state of quality across manufacturing sites.
- Create individual manufacturing and operation site dashboards along with a high-level KPI overview for leadership.
- Track and visualize key metrics for various stages of the pharmaceutical/consumer Quality Assurance & Quality Control process.
- Provide daily quality updates, number of findings, equipment utilization, and status updates.
- Ensure dashboards provide actionable insights to drive process improvements and celebrate achievements.
- Support integration with current manufacturing systems to enhance data accessibility.
- Design and implement supply chain dashboards to track logistics, inventory, and supplier performance.
- Ensure that data visualization tools help teams understand what they are measuring and why.
- Work with technology partners to confirm Power BI or other BI tools as the primary platform.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related fields.
- Business Intelligence & Data Visualization: Power BI (preferred), Tableau, Qlik Sense.
- Manufacturing Systems Integration: MES, ERP (SAP, Oracle), QMS.
- Data Analytics & Reporting: SQL, Excel (Advanced), Python (pandas, NumPy).
- Process Improvement & Quality Management: Lean Six Sigma, Statistical Process Control (SPC).
- Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills are essential for applying these tools effectively.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $25.43/hour - $39.73/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
