Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled ReactJS and Python expert with over 10 years of experience in developing modern web applications and backend services. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing full-stack applications that deliver seamless user experiences and robust data processing capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using ReactJS.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services using Python and frameworks like Django or Flask.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers and backend engineers, to create seamless integrations.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Optimize front-end performance for better user experiences and improved application efficiency.
- Implement best practices for application security, scalability, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in both front-end and back-end development.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10 years of professional experience in ReactJS and Python development.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern UI frameworks.
- Strong experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API) and component-based architecture.
- Expertise in Python, with hands-on experience in Django or Flask for backend development.
- Solid understanding of database systems (SQL & NoSQL) such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with GraphQL and microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Exposure to machine learning frameworks and data analytics.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Salary Transparency :
Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $100000 - $130000/yearly.
This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
