Resource Energy & Transition Sector Leader is a Capgemini Business Services business leader that runs a portfolio of industries in RET (Oil and Gas) sector. This individual needs to have a deep industry knowledge of the industry and ideally have a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in sales leadership level successfully managing revenue growth.

- Strong connections in the Oil and Gas sector within Houston
- Demonstrated leadership ability, motivational skills, along with the combination of tact, integrity and common sense
- Strong track record of recruiting, developing and retaining high performing sales talent
- Superior oral and written communication skills
- Ability to forecast, analyze, and communicate sales growth
- Strong understanding of solutions selling methods / techniques, and the ability to coach and
- mentor personnel
- Demonstrated strength in negotiation, financial and analytical skills
- Analytical, able to transform data and information to actionable sales strategies and approaches
- Ability to effectively present information to senior management and customers
