The Scrum Master will coach and support development teams and individuals to continuously improve in their daily work through Agile principles, practices, and methods. They will act as servant leader, helping the team to remove impediments and conflicts.
The Scrum Master will also help the organization in establishing and develop an Agile culture to grow further in Agility.

Key Requirements:
- 3 years working as Scrum Master.
- Certified Scrum Master by SAFe, Scrum Alliance, Scrum.org.
- Experience in a Automotive software product development group.
- Proven mentoring and coaching skills.
- Great facilitation skills.
- Knowledge of Agile and Lean principles and methods.
- Knowledge of modern software development practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of SAFe.
- Fluent in English.
Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
