- Strong technical knowledge in delivering Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ) with in depth understanding of technical configuration, customization and integration concepts for Salesforce
- At least 6 years of Salesforce implementation experience (at least 2 as Tech Lead / Dev Lead / Integration Lead)
- 6 years of Salesforce configuration, customization, data migration experience using various Salesforce products focusing across Integrations and Data Migration
- Have received applicable certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer, Architect, Sales, Service, Integration design certifications etc.
- Technical Lead / Integration Lead on at least two full Salesforce lifecycle implementations.
- Design and development of data migration routines using Bulk Load API
- Design and development of integration routines using SFDC APIs
- Design and development tasks for integrating Salesforce to middleware's like Boomi
- Ability to define data architecture design best practices and create deployment strategies and plans
- Experience in running Integrations and Data Migration discovery sessions where criteria's, objects, extraction, transformation, cleansing, de-duplication, X-reference, relationships, dependencies, sequence, volumes, tracking mechanisms are defined. Experience in executing all these activities during implementation and deployment phases.
- Knowledge of complex/legacy data structures (SQL, flat files or XML, relational or non-relational databases)
- Knowledge of Salesforce APIs, limitations, and IDs. Experience in error handling and identifying mitigations
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $59.64/hour - $93.18/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
