Must Have: 10 years of Salesforce implementation experience
- Strong technical knowledge in delivering Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, including Omnichannel and Service cloud voice implementation experience
- In depth understanding of technical configuration, customization and integration concepts for Salesforce
- At least 10 years of Salesforce implementation experience (at least 4 as Tech Lead / Dev Lead)
- Technical Lead / Application Architect on at least four full Salesforce lifecycle implementations.
- Experience working with AWS Connect and Salesforce Service Cloud Voice a plus
- Experience managing offshore development resources in a particular technical area (those being configuration, customization, data migration, integration)
- Strong communication and presentation skills with internal and external stakeholders
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $81.36/hour - $127.13/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
