Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and domain expertise to clients on leading CPQ practices
- Participate in client workshop sessions to provide expertise on the SAP CPQ platform and identify gaps between customer requirements and OOTB system capabilities
- Learn new technology and programming languages in order to develop new features, expand existing features, and resolve problems, as needed
- Effectively collaborate with the project team and communicate promptly and professionally to requests from clients
- Create internal documentation and materials on SAP CPQ to expand knowledge base for the SAP CX practice
- Manage technical risk related to complexity, data integration, scalability, and performance
- Create work estimates and documents assumptions to provide a solid foundation for proposals and change control
- Provide guidance and oversight to development teams to ensure that the Capgemini delivery and development process, policies and standards are being followed
- Escalate any observed non-compliance with Capgemini delivery process to their manager
- Perform business development/sales support via phone and on-site sales calls
- Provide consultative CPQ subject matter expertise during pre-sales
- Provide competitive solution architecture that meets customer requirements and manages risk
- Provide accurate estimates and assumptions for sales opportunities
Key Qualifications:
- 3 years of CPQ solution delivery experience with SAP CPQ or similar platforms
- 5 years of consulting experience working in agile environment with diverse team
- 7 years of architect or IT solution provider experience
- 10 years of overall IT experience
- Excellent domain expertise of CPQ with the technical aptitude and ability to quickly adapt new technical skills to SAP CPQ
- Professional organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects at once
- Proven experience with SAP CPQ features, such as: product setup and configuration, guided selling, pricing rules, global scripts, integrations, basic UI configuration, document generation, shopping cart configuration, custom field creation, responsive templates, approvals and notifications, languages and markets, and reporting
- Strong hands-on development experience using IronPython, SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript in the context of customizing the SAP CPQ platform
- Creating and defining tasks in JIRA with sufficient detail for the developer to be able to execute the task ? including estimates for hours and deadlines; includes Task Assignment & Resource Allocation for the team members
- Full understanding of the Development Cycle: gathering requirements, build-out functionality, documentation, and pushing changes to all environments
- Hands-on experience deploying solutions via Deployment Packages
- Hands-on experience integrating CPQ with CRM and ERP tools
- Effectively collaborate with project teams to communicate changes or requests from clients to your team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience interacting with audiences of all technical and management levels
- Eagerness to contribute to a team-oriented environment with a ?Can Do? attitude
- Ability to problem solve and think strategically
- Ability to escalate issues when noticed, such as something being harder to implement than planned, data not being accurate or present, or customer asking for items outside of scope
- Experience managing technical risk related to complexity, data integration, scalability, and performance

- Mentoring skills relating to Developer coaching, ensuring each Developer is equipped for success

- Experience integrating CPQ solutions to visualization software (such as CDS or ThreeKit) "
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $64.72/hour - $101.13/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
