Key Responsibilities:
- Data Extraction and Migration: Extract relevant data from the iCIMS platform and migrate it to SAP Datasphere. Ensure the data is properly formatted, complete, and meets archival requirements for efficient long-term storage and access in SAP Datasphere.
- Reporting and Data Accessibility: Generate and maintain basic reports from the data stored in SAP Datasphere. Ensure data integrity and alignment with project goals while making the data easily accessible for future reporting and analysis.
- File Archival Management: Implement and manage the process of archiving iCIMS data into SAP Datasphere. Ensure proper organization and long-term storage of files for compliance, security, and future retrieval.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, process owners, and project managers, to understand data requirements, report needs, and project timelines. Collaborate to ensure smooth extraction, migration, and archival operations.
Technical skills:
- Work closely with process owners to profile data into Datasphere for future ad-hoc reporting requirements.
- 2-3 years experience in data mapping and modeling in SAP Datasphere or 4-5 years relevant BW experience.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying, transforming, and manipulating data from source files into a structured format.
- Experience in transforming data structures and formats to ensure they are compatible to Datasphere for structured data. Utilizing SAP HANA data lake for unstructured data and file storage.
- Experience in implementing data archival strategies and implementing security protocols to ensure that large volumes of historical data are securely stored in SAP Datasphere, making it easily retrievable while complying with regulatory retention policies.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $46.23/hour - $72.23/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
