We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SAP Engagement Manager to join our Nordic PBS team . As an SAP Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing client engagements, ensuring successful delivery of SAP projects, and building strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients.

YOUR ROLE
- Understanding client's needs, aligning project objectives with company goals, and ensuring the successful completion of the project at hand.
- Lead SAP implementation projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Play a central role in building, maintaining and enhancing client relationships.
- Working collaboratively with solution architects and technical consultants for preparing appropriate response to RFP documents.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction.
- Drive process improvements and share best practices across the PBS team to enhance overall service delivery.
YOUR PROFILE
- Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP project management with good delivery or pre-sales background having demonstrated experience in managing projects.
- Strong understanding of SAP solutions and proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.
- Ability to respond to RFP and estimation capabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
