- Provide expertise in financial closing processes, consolidations, and financial reporting solutions.
- Optimize system performance, troubleshooting errors, and implementing best practices for efficient FICO processes.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including configuration guides, functional specifications, and user manuals.
- Develop and deliver training for end-users and key stakeholders.
- Stay updated on SAP S/4HANA advancements and provide guidance for digital transformation projects.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure compliance with internal controls, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO module implementation and support.
- Proven experience in at least 3-4 full-cycle SAP ERP implementations (preferably including S/4HANA).
- Expertise in financial processes, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO).
- Strong knowledge of Cost Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), and Product Costing (CO-PC).
- Experience in integration with other SAP modules (SD, MM, PP, and HR).
- Proficiency in SAP reporting tools (such as SAP FIORI, SAP Query, and Report Painter/Writer).
- Knowledge of New GL functionalities, Taxation (local and global compliance), and Bank Accounting.
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance and its innovations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $43.92/hour - $68.62/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
