JOB DESCRIPTION:
Job Summary.
- SAP Consultant with minimum 4-6 years? experience in SAP OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) for SAP S4 Greenfield implementation project.
- Candidate must be willing to travel to Boise, ID on occasion when requested (travel paid by client).
- Experience and configuration knowledge in VIM ? bolt-on, Invoice Capture Center, Open Text Archive Server, and SAP AP, AR, GL.
- Experience in Intelligent capture for SAP, Invoice Entry-Email Channel, Invoice processing (PO and Non-PO based), VIM workplace, dashboards, and reports.
- Preferably with two or more full-life implementations.
- Experience and responsibility for gathering requirements, creating a blueprint, configuring the system, testing, training, and supporting the project's go-live.
- Custom coding and modification of OpenText's Invoice Management Workflow system for FI.
- Hands-on SAP experience in Accounts Payable.
- Experience leading and assisting clients with designing leading-edge workflow solutions, configuration, and enhancement of proprietary software products within SAP.
- Ability to work independently and capable of planning his work and able to articulate it into definable tasks.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Conduct Business Blueprint design workshops and prepare functional gaps analysis.
- Prepare solution and WRICEF design documentation.
- Perform configuration, support, and testing activities.
- Training of core business users, preparing for go-live activities.
- Support post-go-live activities.
