What are the responsibilities and job description for the SAP Test Program Manager position at Capgemini?
The SAP Test Program Manager will be responsible for leading
and creating the SAP testing strategy, working with various team members and
stakeholders. The SAP Program Manager
will lead the testing program across multiple functional areas including finance,
billing, CRM, equipment, material management, human resources and payroll.
Work experience required and preferred :
- Test Lead experiencedfor sizable ERP program involving SAP ECC and CRM with non SAP systems.
- Create Test Strategy infirst couple months, in conjunction with newly formed QA COE.
- Lead Test capability forthe program across 7 functional areas.
- Help and select testingtools that best fits the organization. Test Management tool experienceneeded. Tosca tool experience wouldbe nice to have.
- Ability to size uptesting for duration / resources key ask
- Creation of RACI forlarge program key ask.
- On site and / or hybrid workrequired. Travel will be required if outside of Omaha, NE.
- Experience working witha variety of different vendors and key stakeholders required.
- Minimum education qualification
- A bachelor's degree in any discipline. MBA or equivalent degree preferred.
- The ideal candidate will have :
- 12 years of experience in the IT industry with strong technical skills
- 6 years of experience designing and developing test strategy solutions on SAP
- Strong global delivery experience is a must
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
