This is an opportunity to work on a ADM engagement for a client who is 2nd largest staffing company in USA. The job requires your expertise in latest Oracle Cloud technologies, specifically FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service) and PBCS (Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service). As a Techno-Functional Consultant, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, providing end-to-end consulting services for Oracle EPM solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders across various industries, ensuring seamless delivery of financial planning, budgeting, and consolidation processes.
Your role
- Provide ongoing post-implementation support for FCCS and PBCS applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to financial consolidation, close processes, and planning cycles.
- Proactively identify areas of improvement and recommend enhancements to clients’ existing solutions.
- Continuous Learning & Development.
- Keep up to date with the latest developments in Oracle EPM Cloud, specifically FCCS and PBCS.
- Share insights and best practices with the team and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
Your skills and experience
- 10 years of experience in EPM, with a focus on FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close) and PBCS (Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service).
- Expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud (FCCS and PBCS) configuration and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of Hyperion and Oracle Cloud solutions, including financial consolidation, budgeting, and planning modules.
- Proficiency in Oracle EPM technologies (Essbase, FDMEE, Data Management, ODI, etc.)
- Experience with integration tools (ODI, FDMEE, REST APIs, etc.)
- Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and other scripting languages for system customization.
- Experience with Oracle ERP systems like Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion, or SAP is a plus.
- Strong understanding of financial processes, including financial consolidation, close, planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ability to engage with business users and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience in business process reengineering in the context of financial management.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
