- Manages the full product lifecycles for reservation systems, table wait management, curbside pickup, delivery services, and backend systems across multiple restaurant concepts.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather detailed requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and provides regular updates on project progress and addressing any issues.
- Prioritizes and maintains the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely delivery of features.
- Leads sprint planning sessions, defines user stories, and establishes acceptance criteria.
- Coordinates with the QA team to define test plans, review test cases, and ensure high-quality product releases.
- Conducts regular retrospectives to evaluate project outcomes and implement lessons learned.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $45.77/hour - $71.51/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
