Role and responsibilities:
7 Years of experience in DevOps
Essential skills
Elastic Stack Expertise:
Strong hands-on experience with Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)
Create and manage Elasticsearch Clusters on premise (configuration, indexing, tuning, RBAC, etc.)
Designing and implementing centralized logging, health metrics, and distributed tracing
Systems Administration & Ops:
Strong knowledge of Systems Administration in Linux (RHEL/CentOS)
Experience in troubleshooting applications on Linux
Security hardening, OS patching, SSL/SSO/LDAP, vulnerability/compliance management
Experience with HA design, cross-site replication, load balancers
CI/CD - Deployment pipeline experience (Ansible, GIT)
Scripting & programming: Python, Ansible, Bash, regex
Cloud & Containerization:
Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS)
Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Monitoring & Support:
Strong knowledge of performance monitoring, metrics, capacity planning
Support application onboarding and operational stability
Nice to have
Ability to apply a systematic and creative problem-solving approach
Configuration of index templates and data lifecycle management (ILM)
Effective communication skills
Influencing teams in adopting logging best practices
Ability to write runbooks, support procedures, and support documentation.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $32.36/hour - $50.56/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
