Senior Gen AI Engineer Role

About the Job
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Gen AI Engineer to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have strong experience with OCR & NLP tools, including Tesseract, pdfplumber, spaCy, and NLTK.
- Familiarity with Generative AI (LLMs like OpenAI, Llama, Claude) for text extraction is also required.
- Proficiency in Vector Stores (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) for AI retrieval is necessary.
- Experience in Python-based API development (FastAPI, Flask) is expected.
- Expertise in Azure AI Services, including Azure Cognitive Search, Azure Form Recognizer, and Azure OpenAI, is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and/or Azure Cosmos DB is required.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience in LLM fine-tuning for financial documents would be beneficial.
- Working knowledge of Neo4j / Knowledge Graphs for financial data relationships would be advantageous.
- Familiarity with data pipelines & ETL tools (Apache Airflow, etc.) would be useful.
- Experience in Azure Functions, Azure Event Grid, Azure Key Vault, and Cosmos DB would be desirable.
- Working knowledge of Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) & Docker for containerized deployments would be beneficial.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) would be useful.
