Role :
We are looking for an experienced and talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team and drive the visual identity of our brand. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing and executing design projects across various mediums, ensuring consistency, innovation, and excellence in every deliverable. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading design initiatives, a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills, and the ability to mentor and inspire junior team members.
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement design strategies that align with business goals & brand identity, ensuring a cohesive and impactful visual presence across all channels.
- Conceptualize and execute design projects from ideation to completion, including but not limited to branding, marketing materials, digital assets, print collateral, and packaging.
- Serve as ambassador of our brand identity, ensuring consistency and integrity in all design outputs.
- Collaborate with marketing and other cross-functional teams to understand project objectives, provide design solutions, and deliver on-time, high-quality deliverables.
- Mentor and coach junior designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to help them grow their skills and reach their full potential.
- Conduct thorough quality checks on design work to ensure accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to brand guidelines and project requirements.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of craftsmanship and professionalism.
- Stay informed about design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design and related fields, and apply insights to elevate our design capabilities.
Requirements :
This is the pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position : $32.36 / hour - $50.56 / hour.
