Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of the Contact Center application on the Salesforce platform.
The selected candidate will join the team responsible for delivery platform.
The role focuses on the full lifecycle of Salesforce development and integration with third-party services using agile methodologies. The candidate will collaborate with other developers across infrastructure and integration layers, requiring strong problem-solving skills, state-of-the-art design expertise, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
Principal Duties and Responsiblities:
As a Salesforce Senior Developer, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Analyzing business requirements and defining appropriate designs, including data modeling.
- Performing configuration and customization of the Salesforce.com platform.
- Designing and developing high-performance, reusable Lightning Components.
- Working with Salesforce Data Cloud, AgentForce, Mule, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Apex development.
- Guiding the team in writing test classes to ensure 90% code coverage.
- Translating functional requirements into technical solutions.
- Identifying and resolving bugs while aligning with project requirements.
- Implementing testing automation, bug fixing, and deployment to production.
- Proposing innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Staying up to date with the latest emerging technologies.
- Providing expertise on Contact Center solutions and CTI integration.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 4-5 years of core development experience in Salesforce.com.
- 4-5 years of Omni-Channel experience in Lightning Components, Lightning Events, Lightning Page Templates.
- 4-5 years of development experience in Visualforce, Apex, and Process Flows.
- 4-5 years of development experience in MuleSoft.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud & Integration.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Omni-Channel and administration, including:
- Defining routing, queues, user management, security controls, and data governance.
- Creating roles, profiles, reports, and dashboards.
Experience designing custom objects, fields, picklists, page layouts, workflows, approval processes, validation rules, Visualforce pages, and email automation.
- Expertise in integrating external applications with Salesforce.
- Experience in enterprise application and software development.
- Background in developing customer-facing interfaces.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver innovative solutions.
- Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Cloud.
- Experience with Salesforce UX integration is a plus.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with Angular/React applications is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with OpenCTI Integration is a plus.
- Experience with Service Cloud implementation.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $27.74/hour - $43.34/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
