Key responsibilities -
1. Design and develop applications, modules and workflows within ServiceNow using JavaScript, Glide API and flow designer
2. Implement and maintain core platform components of HRSD module
3. Develop/Maintain integrations between SNOW and other systems using REST/SOAP API, MID Servers and Integration Hub
4. Customize ServiceNow forms, lists, UI Policies, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client scripts and schedules jobs
5. Perform platform upgrades and patch managements, ensure compatibility and minimizing disruptions
6. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow functionality and integrations
7. Participate in Agile/Scrum and contribute to continuous implement of development process
Required qualifications-
1. 4 years of Hands on ServiceNow developer experience
2. Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
3. Experience with ServiceNow modules like ITSM, HRSD, custom scoped applications
4. Knowledge of integration techniques
Good to Have -
1. Experience with Service Portal
2. CIS-HR certification
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $42.76/hour - $66.82/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
