Seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Performance Analytics Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Performance Analytics Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining Performance Analytics solutions within the ServiceNow platform. You will play a crucial role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization by transforming raw data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of dedicated experience working with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and possess a strong understanding of the platform's capabilities. Experience with Platform Analytics is highly desirable, and familiarity with UI Builder would be a significant advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Performance Analytics indicators, breakdowns, and dashboards to meet business requirements.
- Configure and maintain data collectors, jobs, and schedules to ensure accurate and timely data collection.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and translate them into effective Performance Analytics solutions.
- Develop custom scripts and configurations within Performance Analytics to enhance functionality and reporting capabilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Performance Analytics data and reporting.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all Performance Analytics solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices, particularly in Performance Analytics and related areas.
- Participate in the planning and implementation of ServiceNow upgrades and enhancements related to Performance Analytics.
- Highly Desirable: Design, develop, and implement solutions using ServiceNow Platform Analytics to gain insights into platform performance and usage.
- Bonus: Utilize ServiceNow UI Builder to create intuitive and user-friendly dashboards and visualizations.

Qualifications:

- Proven ability to design, develop, and implement Performance Analytics solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model and reporting capabilities.
- Experience with configuring and troubleshooting Performance Analytics data collectors, indicators, breakdowns, and dashboards.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and other scripting languages relevant to ServiceNow.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
