5 years of experience with Splunk, including at least 2 years with ITSI
Proven expertise in building and managing:
- ITSI Services, KPIs, Base Searches
- Correlation Searches and Episodes
- Glass Tables, Deep Dives, and Event Aggregation Policies
Strong hands-on experience with:
- Metrics, Logs, and Traces
- Telemetry ingestion and transformation
- Splunk UF, HF, and HEC configurations
Strong expertise with Splunk developing custom SPL queries for advanced analytics, KV stores and log filtering
- Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation.
- Experience monitoring AWS services and workloads
- Solid understanding of observability principles and data pipeline architecture
- Experience integrating with ServiceNow, especially for alert and incident automation
Soft Skills
- Problem-solving mindset with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $46.23/hour - $72.23/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
