Pharma/Life Science Experience in Recent Work History
- Manage a shared services team, coordinating with offshore teams, information management teams, and other stakeholders to ensure effective execution of requirements and operational updates.
- Support the team with specialty data, including SP patient transaction data, IQVIA syndicated data (DDD, Xponent), Veeva CRM data, and digital data.
- Profile data, document business rules and metrics, and review mock-ups to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Conduct end-user testing and data/metric validation.
- Identify, triage, and resolve issues related to various dashboards.
- Provide support for commercial business processes, including rep calls, alignments, call planning, and segmentation.
- Represent Information Management data and reporting in stakeholder meetings.
- Define and document business requirements by collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Clinical Educators, and Access & Reimbursement teams, ensuring a clear understanding of business problems and offering data-driven solutions.
- Communicate effectively and concisely with stakeholders and internal teams.
- Plan and prioritize tasks for team members within the specialty workstream area.
- Present weekly status updates and planning reports.
- Collaborate with other vendors and internal teams to achieve project objectives.
- Provide high-level support for dashboard design, reviewing mock-ups, and offering guidance to developers.
- Train end users on dashboard functionality and data, as needed.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $57.79/hour - $90.29/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
