Pharma/Life Science experience in recent work history
1. Support and deploy data and reporting solutions for the Market Access Teams.
2. Market Access/Payor knowledge with domain data knowledge with retail, non-retail, claims, formulary data, FIA, copay, payor hierarchy
3. Clear examples of managing projects with outcomes
3. Experience working in cross-functional, fast-paced, dynamic environment
Information management knowledge and ability to work with internal systems (Collibra, JIRA, CRM, MDM, etc)
4. Ability to plan, prioritize tasks - organizational skills to manage multiple projects weekly concise status reporting
5. Excellent Communication skills (written and verbal). Succinctly communicate with stakeholders/internal teams and clearly present topics
6. Triage issues/problems and drive to resolution for various dashboards
7. Collaboration with internal teams and vendor partners to accomplish a task
8. Takes initiative. Self-motivator and self-starter
9. Understanding of the commercial business process (rep calls, alignments, call planning, segmentation)
10. Ability to represent Information Management data and reporting in stakeholder meetings
11. Ability to define, document business requirements - seek to understand what business problem/question they are trying to solve and offer solutioning and guidance with data and visualization of data/metrics and metric calculation
12. Experience with dashboard design, support and testing (not looking for a developer here but ability to review mocks, offer guidance to developers)
13. Ability to train end users when needed on dashboard functionality and data
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $57.79/hour - $90.29/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
