Key Responsibilities:
- Data Migration Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement robust data migration strategies and plans for Teamcenter PLM
- Data Analysis and Mapping:
- Analyze and map source data to target Teamcenter PLM structures
- Define and document data transformation rules to ensure data integrity and consistency
- Execution and Automation:
- Lead data migration activities, including extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes
- Utilize migration tools and scripts to automate data migration tasks and enhance efficiency
- Validation and Reconciliation:
- Conduct data validation and reconciliation to confirm data accuracy and completeness
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies and issues during and post-migration
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with IT, PLM developers, business analysts, and end-users to gather requirements and drive migration success
- Stakeholder Communication and Reporting:
- Provide regular updates and reports on migration progress, challenges, and resolutions
- Post-Migration Support:
- Monitor and support post-migration activities, addressing issues that arise for a smooth transition
- Provide training and documentation to end-users and support teams on the new Teamcenter PLM data structures and processes.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $24.96/hour - $39.01/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits.
