A Technical Program Manager for cloud migration is responsible for planning and managing the migration of Application(s) to the cloud , developing Application migration roadmaps & planning (waves), collaborating with cross-functional teams, Managing the backlog and prioritizing and communicating with stakeholders.
Job responsibilities
- Develops a Cloud migration strategy and vision that delivers value to customers
- Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
- Builds and tracks key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
- Supports, maintains and oversees the Cloud migration roadmap to ensure alignment with line of businesses (LOBs), products, partners, and stakeholders
- Defines and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of the Migration approach
