Strategic Leadership

Program Management
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple technical programs, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Define program objectives, success criteria, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Drive end-to-end program lifecycle management from initiation to closure.
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps, identifying dependencies and managing risks.
- Develop dashboards and reports to track program performance and communicate updates to leadership.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, operations, and business teams.
- Manage expectations and resolve conflicts among stakeholders.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of technical program managers, fostering professional growth and skill development.

Process Improvement
- Optimize and implement program management frameworks, tools, and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Technical Expertise
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to understand project requirements and technical constraints.
- Ensure that technical solutions align with business needs and long-term strategy.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience as an engineer in a technical domain.
- 5 years people management experience
- Working exposure in embedded software products
- Excellent organizational, communication, presentation, and data analytics skills"
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $36.98/hour - $57.79/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
