What you will do:
- Demonstrating and delivering large-scale transformation projects and programs to time, cost and quality.
- Delivering major project and program activities not limited to business process design, testing and end user training involving cross functional partners.
- Building valued relationships with external clients and internal collaborators along with developing a portfolio of business by focusing on high impact opportunities.
- Ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality work products by Capgemini teams, providing a platform to build and maintain our global brand, reputation, and purpose.
- Demonstrating your knowledge and experience to craft services for clients and acting as a subject matter authority in multiple areas
- Leading proposals for medium to high projects and providing subject matter expertise to bids and proposals in relevant areas.
- Crafting innovative commercial insights for clients, adapting methods and standard processes to fit operational cultural needs among teams.
What you bring:
- Approximately 5 years’ experience in a management consulting or advisory role in industry
- Approximately 10-15 years of Project Management experience of leading and delivering large-scale projects/transformation programs, including project planning, monitoring, resource management (including project finances), benefits realization, etc.;
- Ideal candidates will have multidisciplinary experience including project management, business process design, testing the solution and end user training.
- Excellent collaborator management and communication skills with a track record in handling sophisticated partner programs.
- Good understanding of project governance and organisational change principles.
