Job Title: Workfront Business Process Analyst
Location: Hybrid - must go onsite 4 days a week in Phoenix, Arizona or Dallas, Texas.
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Business Process Analyst with a strong background in workflow automation and project management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of analyzing business processes and implementing effective solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement workflow automation solutions.
- Administer and manage PPM tools such as Microsoft Project Server, Jira, or other industry-leading platforms.
- Apply project management methodologies and practices to ensure successful project delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues independently, utilizing a knowledge base and further investigation to identify and execute solutions.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs, articulate their issues, and implement feedback effectively.
Required Skills:
- 2 years of experience in business process analysis.
- 2 years of experience in workflow automation.
- 4 years of experience Workfront System Administrator role
- 2 years of experience Workfront Fusion Administrator role
- Experience with PPM tools such as Microsoft Project Server, Jira, or similar platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and practices.
- Bachelor's degree in a related
